Workflow Manager Dublin €50-60K
My client based in Dublin has an immediate requirement to recruit an Information Workflow Manager to join their team.
This is an important role within the company and you will be tasked with developing a clear understanding of the current business processes, building effective relationships internally and externally, identify procedural bottlenecks and suggest innovative solutions to manage workflow within the business.
Responsibilities
- Secure and compare information from multiple sources to identify business issues, committing to an action after weighing alternative solutions against decision criteria
- Lead a team of data analysts
- Ensure analysts are compliant with processes
- Responsible for the fulfilment of pre and post requisites
- Lead in the development of strategies, policies and processes across the Workflow function
- Programme works in accordance with operational capability and commercial targets
- Produce and distribute Management Information reports
- Contribute towards the departments approach to continuous improvement and utilisation of information Technology
- Deal effectively with differences of opinion and conflict management
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience performing in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills and proven ability to analyse complex business problems to develop appropriate solutions
- Learn new tasks quickly, remembers information and gathers data for effective decision making
- Able to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
- Receive and act on feedback given
- Exercise good judgment with minimal supervision
- Experience of developing and maintaining effective partnerships and of engaging and influencing key stakeholders.
