ERP Service Delivery Manager   Hybrid (UK Based)           £80-90k

Our client has an immediate requirement to employ an experienced ERP Specialist able to manage their Service Delivery, able to lead the way in leveraging and adopting new technologies, tools, techniques to extract the maximum value and return on investment.

The successful candidate will be a key role in the team, taking ownership in supporting internal and external users with their strategies, goals, and objectives, providing leadership and direction with aligned roadmaps and templates.

The core deliverable of the role is the management of the service delivery to clients throughout Europe, so the successful candidate must have proven experience working across an international framework.


  • Onboarding of new customers into the service and manage global strategic partners in relation to Service Delivery.
  • Working collaboratively on the continual evolution of the service
  • Establishing security standards, governance, promoting best practices
  • Administering existing and formulating new processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Work with multiple global entities in different countries to embed the Service.
  • Manage a team of functional analysts / domain leads as the service matures and our service offerings expand.
  • Identify key areas for evolution and continuous improvement of the service and ultimately supporting the transformation and convergence strategies
  • Build strong global networks and relationships within the ERP community and the wider IT and business.
  • Work collaboratively to develop strategies and global compliance on areas like Cybersecurity, Disaster Recovery, Change Management, testing, and user management to mitigate risk, and protect business critical activities.
  • Support the Head of Operations in identifying areas for service improvement and subsequent contract change management processes.
  • Management of the global Crisis & Escalation Management process and co-ordination of routine disaster recovery planning and testing.
  • Ensure service delivery operational costs are controlled and in line with budget.


  • Expert knowledge of ERP Products and Ecosystems
  • Key SAP products across core functional domains, Finance, HR, CRM, and technical products including newer cloud-based technologies plus knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other ERP software.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills (multiple levels, multiple countries) recognising complexities in aspects like local language and cultural differences.
  • Ability to prioritise issues and demands across multiple countries and activities and manage the self-delivery aspect effectively.
  • Excellent and effective communicator with good inter-personal skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
