Inform3 is recruiting for a Senior Data Analytics Manager for our client based in Birmingham who can play a critical role in evaluating, assessing, and streamlining technology and operational processes across the organization to ensure that client SLAs are hit.

The ideal candidate will have considerable project and client management skills, coupled with extensive analytic experience. You will play a key role in driving insights through powerful and intuitive data analytics, responsible for providing stakeholder support, managing and developing the reporting suite, solving complex problems and ensuring compliance.

This will initially be a 6 month fixed term contract with the potential for extension or permanent position afterwards.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a suite of reports to develop and provide appropriate performance management information, to support contract performance improvement initiatives with simple, robust, and easy to use data sets.
  • Managing the delivery of the plan as part of the contract SLA’s and using data to identify where performance can be improved.
  • Ensuring contractual compliance through reporting, reviewing and updating. 
  • Update the Service Delivery Plan according to changes and at the required periodicities.
  • Use data to refine the Target Operating Model.
  • Implement new systems, applications, infrastructure, and vendors to enhance the business processes
  • Managing client relationships
  • Translating and delivering impactful and actionable insights based on data-driven methodology.
  • Providing clients with timely support for questions about both our solutions platform and industry experience.

Experience

  • Experience of managing large data sets and establishing MI that is intuitive and enables effective decision-making.
  • Experience of dealing with clients and stakeholders and be able to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Degree level or industry equivalent qualifications.
  • Highly numerate, with practical experience of collating and analysing large data sets.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI (including Premium Capacity).
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of seniority.
  • Strong analytical capabilities including the ability to interpret complex analytics
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; attention to detail
