IT Support Engineer County Donegal €30-40k
My client based in North East County Donegal, easily commutable from Derry/Londonderry & Letterkenny has an immediate requirement to recruit an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract basis.
The successful candidate will be the IT presence at the company head office responsible for business as usual support across the whole IT Infrastructure including desktops, laptop, mobiles and hardware.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience providing support in a Windows environment, able to work autonomously and willing to learn on the job as new technologies emerge.
Key Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Windows O/S and associated technologies
- Group Policies and Active Directory
- Exchange / Office 365
- Networking, Routers and Switches, firewalls, WAN, LAN, Ports
- Knowledge of PowerBI desirable
- Hardware knowledge, telephony support, CCTV systems
- Comfortable liaising with technical and non-technical users
