Service Delivery Manager Swords €45-50k
Inform3 IT Recruitment are recruiting for an enthusiastic, reliable and well-qualified IT Service Delivery Manager to join our client’s IT team.
Reporting to the Head of IT you will be assuming responsibility for the delivery of IT Services incorporating business as usual support and will play a big role in the evolution of their systems and processes to facilitate growth and efficiency.
This is a vital role within the organisation which requires a high level of IT knowledge and operational management. The successful candidate will ideally have experience performing in a similar capacity, or be an Infrastructure Engineer looking to take a step into a management focused role.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for delivering a robust, scalable IT infrastructure
- Manage external suppliers and internal resources
- Incident management and resolution acting as an escalation point for user and supplier queries
- Identifying areas for improvement, implementing change and supporting the service transition of a vast range of project work
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
Requirements
- Proven track record performing in a similar capacity
- Experience in the operational management of suppliers and outsourced vendors
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware/software systems, Windows O/S, Servers, Networks, Office365, Cloud Technologies etc
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Stack including Dynamics, PowerBI, SQL, Sharepoint etc
- Ability to be flexible in the technology or methodology used to deliver great service depending on the requirements and timescales
- Experience of working within an ITIL environment
- Ability and willingness to travel to different sites where required
